All data exports are handled through the Addaero Solo Performance Log. You can familiarize yourself with how the Performance Log works, here: https://addaero.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204680809-Addaero-Solo-Performance-Log.
There are two types of data you can export:
- Your workout history. This includes the results of the workouts you have performed, that match the selection criteria for Performance Log report.
- Your workout catalog. This includes the workouts you have created in the workout builder, so that you can drop them on a catalog for planning purposes. There are no filters for this, so the entire catalog is downloaded.
Exporting your workout history
Navigate to the Performance Log, and run a report that includes all the workouts you would like to export.By default, it just shows the last 30 days, so will probably need to adjust the date ranges to make sure you have included all the history that you want. You may want to consider breaking up your export by year to avoid longer download times.
Click the "Export CSV" button near the top, right corner of the screen and the export will begin. Most exports take less than 10 seconds to run, but for really large amounts of workouts it could take a minute or two. Your browser will store the exported file, "workout_history.csv", where it normally puts downloads on your computer. The location is browser dependent, and not something that we can control.
Exporting your workout catalog
Navigate to the Performance Log, and open the side panel navigation by clicking on the down arrow/carrot near the top, left corner of the screen. Athletes will see their name, followed by the carrot. Coaches will see "Select an athlete" followed by the carrot.
When the panel opens, you will see an "Export Workout Catalog" button at the top of the page. Click the button, and a dialogue will open with some information about the export, and then click "Start Export" to start the export.
If you have a very large catalog of workouts, it may take a couple of minutes to complete. Your browser will store the exported file, "workout_catalog.csv", where it normally puts downloads on your computer. The location is browser dependent, and not something that we can control.
If the export file is empty, this means you have no workouts in your personal workout catalog. Affiliate Coaches you have access to a shared workout catalog will need to request a copy of the export from the coach who's login is associated with the master catalog.
