We have received a few notices from clients that their emails are getting bounced or blocked. Most of the time this issue is related to email service provided by Network Solutions, Inc. (NSI)
NSI has a very strong spam filtering system so even the most innocuous email might get flagged as spam (this is not to be confused with being blocked or blacklisted).
While the fix is relatively easy, here are the steps:
- Login to webmail
- Go to Configuration
- Go to Safe List/Block Administration
- Click Safe list and enter email or domain (addaero.com) (and likewise, click Block list and do the same if that is the intent).
- You’ll need to repeat this for each email account you have with NSI.
