Creating a Fitness Challenge in Addaero Solo is easy!


  1. Sign-up for a Coach or Athlete Account
  2. Create a Group (Video)
  3. Build Workouts for the Challenge (Video)
  4. Add workouts to the Group Calendar
  5. Invite athletes to your challenge
    1. Send Invitation
    2. Create Unique Link
    3. Create Group Code

If the athlete joining the challenge does not have an Addaero Solo account - the must register for an Addaero Solo account.
