Workout Builder & Catalog

The Addaero Solo Workout Builder allows you the flexibility to build simple to complex workouts using a "Wizard" process.

Workouts are built & organized in the workout catalog as

  • Warm-up
  • Cool-down
  • Workout  

Note: Workouts are categorized as the following types in the catalog: Running, Cycling, Swimming, Strength, Rowing, Other, Cross-Training (A combination of more than one exercise type)

 

Workouts can be built as a single body movement (Add Exercise) such as running, cycling, swimming... or as a block (Add Block) multiple exercises for a set number of times or a set duration. 

BUILD A WORKOUT 

Workout Catalog Select: Add Workout

Select: Workout, Warm-up, Cool-down

Select: Add Exercise or Add Block  (For this example, Add Exercise)

Next: Search for the Exercise

Next: Select Template for the workout (Distance is chosen for this example)

Note: Select Item on Left Side of the screen

 

To View the workout metrics

Workout Editor on the Right Side

Next: Add Workout Metrics 

  • Distance based workout add total distance for the workout
  • Add RPE and/or Pace Zone (The pace zone you select will reference the athlete's personal zone and make the proper calculation when this workout is added to their calendar.)
  • Add Notes you want the athlete to see

As you Add Data to the Right Side the workout is built on the Left Side

Note: You can Edit the workout title, Duplicate the workout, Delete the workout

Navigation on the top bar allows the following

  • Add Exercise allows you to add additional exercises to this workout
  • Add Block allows you to add a block to this workout
  • Add Instruction allows you to add specific instructions to this workout
  • Close allows you to close the workout once it is completed

BUILD A BLOCK WORKOUT 

Workout Catalog Select:

  

Select: Workout, Warm-up, Cool-down

Select: Add Exercise, Add Duration Block, Add Repeat Block  (For this example, Repeat Block)

Note: Select Item on Left Side 

To View

Workout Editor on Right Side

Add: Number of Rounds for the block & Rest (if required) This example shows the exercise is 5 rounds with 30 seconds rest between rounds. 

Next: Add Exercises to the Block

Next: Search for the Exercise 

Next: Select Template for the workout (Rep Based for this example)

Note: The workout was added to the left side outside of the block. Make sure to drag it in to the Block by selecting the left side, holding down your mouse and dragging it in to the block

Add the reps for the exercise selected (Burpees). For this example it is 10 reps which is a total of 50 reps. 5 rounds of 10 reps in each round. 

Follow the same process and Add as many exercises that you would like to the block which will be a part of the 5 rounds.

You may also add exercises outside of the block if you do not want to include them in the block. 

Note: You can Edit the workout title, Duplicate the workout, Delete the workout

Navigation on the top bar allows the following

  • Add Exercise add additional exercises to this workout
  • Add Block add a duration or rounds block to this workout
  • Add specific instructions to the workout
  • Close the workout once it is completed
