Add Results for Single, Block, & Ad Hoc workouts

Enter results to a workout on your Addaero Solo calendar

To view workout details and enter results  double Click the workout on your Addaero Solo calendar. 

If you completed the workout "As Planned" based on instructions in the workout Select "As Planned" and Solo will automatically fill in all the known metrics for the workout. 

If you do not select  the "As Planned" option for the workout results.

Next: Select the Workout on the left side of the screen (Example Below: Road Running)

 The results entry box will be displayed on the right side of the screen. 

Next: Enter the results for the workout in the fields provided.

Select:  allows you to enter additional metrics such as Cadence, Elevation....

Note: Adding results to the Distance and Duration fields will automatically calculate your Pace. 

Note: Setup your Training Zones such as Pace, Heart Rate, Power in Settings

As you add workout details on the right side the Workout is automatically populated on the left side.

The "Notes" section is presented to the right of the workout.  These notes will also be included in the workout results email sent to your coach if it is a "Planned Workout".

            

 

 To Complete the workout: Select "Workout Completed" and the workout result will be added to your calendar with a green checkmark 

Enter results to a BLOCK workout on your Addaero Solo calendar

Block workouts are generally duration or rounds based workouts containing a number of exercises in the block. Addaero Solo allows you to add results to the block such as duration, rounds, distance. You may also add results to each exercise within the block. 

To view workout details and to enter results double click the workout on your Addaero Solo calendar.

Next: Select the Block Workout on the left side of the screen be clicking on the pink border (This example is 10 rounds with 30 second rest between rounds)

This displays the results entry box for the Workout Block on the right side of the screen. Since this example is a rounds based workout you may enter the total duration to complete the rounds and the total number of rounds completed.

If you would like to enter results for each exercise in the block, simply select the excercise (blue box) and enter the results on the right side of the screen.

Note: Entering results for a exercises inside a block will not change the results for the block, only the results for the exercise within the block.

 

To Complete the workout: Select "Workout Completed" and the workout result will be added to your calendar with a green checkmark 

"Ad Hoc" results entry

Use Ad Hoc Workout results entry  for a workout that has been completed and was not planned on your calendar.

A Coach may use this feature to enter an Ad Hoc results entry on the athlete's calendar. This is accomplished by selecting the green plus sign in either the week or month view.

Option 1

Once Ad Hoc is selected choose on of your top 10 workouts

Next: Add Results

Note: Select Item on Left Side to view results on the right side 

Next: Select "Workout Completed" and the workout result will be added to your calendar with a green check-mark

 

Option 2

If the exercise you completed was not in your top 10 list you may create a custom workout.

  • Warm-up (Activity type and results entry for your warm-up)
  • Workout (Activity type and results entry for your workout)
  • Cool- down (Activity type and results entry for your cool-down)

Next Select

  • Add Exercise (This is an entry for adding a single exercise)
  • Add Block (This is an entry for adding multiple exercises repeated for a set number of repetitions or duration)

Next Search for the Exercise

Next: Add Results

Note: Select Item on Left Side to view results on the right side 

Next: Select "Workout Completed" and the workout result will be added to your calendar with a green check-mark
