Add & Edit Splits / Laps Data

Add Splits/Intervals to your workout results manually or by synching with your Garmin Connect Account.

Note: Every field in the Splits data can be edited by double clicking on the field.

Edit Splits from Garmin Connect

Your split/interval data will populate automatically if your Addaero Solo account is synching with your Garmin Connect account. 

First: To view the results, select and double click the workout on your Addaero Solo calendar.

Select: Exercise Splits 

The Exercise Splits will be displayed

Note: If there is a red color displayed in the totals box at the bottom this indicates there is a difference between the results total in the workout and the results total in the splits. It is generally a very small number and a result of how Garmin calculates totals. The example below the difference is :04 seconds 1:09:20 & 1:09:16.

If you choose to use the Splits total data to update the results simply click the total for the metric you want to update  once this split totals match the results total the color will turn white .

Add Split/Interval results manually

First: To view the results, select and double click the workout on your Addaero Solo calendar.

Select: Exercise Splits 

Select: The fields you would like to add split data. All fields can be edited and you may add unlimited number of splits.
